How do I sign up as talent?

Getting started with Poured is simple. Download the Poured app from the App Store, create your account, and complete your profile with your experience, availability, and preferred roles. Once approved, you can start accepting shifts in your market.

How do I book shifts as a brand?

As a brand or venue manager, you can post shifts directly through the Poured platform. Set the date, time, location, role, and required skills. Freelancers will view and apply to your shifts. You can review profiles, endorsements, and ratings to select the best talent for your needs.

How does payment work?

Freelancers are paid directly through the platform after each completed shift. Brands are invoiced based on their bookings. Payment is processed securely, and you can view detailed payment history and invoices in your account dashboard at any time.

How do endorsements work?

After each shift, both freelancers and brands can endorse each other. Endorsements highlight specific strengths like "reliable," "excellent communication," or "bartending skills."
